My purchase did not arrive

Open Settings → More settings and tap Restore purchases. Remove Ads and the no-ads bundle come back this way, using the same Google or Apple account you bought with. Coin packs and bundles are delivered when you buy; if you were charged and got nothing, email us the order number from your receipt. Refunds are handled by Google Play or the App Store under their rules.

I lost my progress or got a new phone

Progress is kept on your device. To move it to a new phone, open Settings → More settings on the old one, tap Copy save code, and on the new phone tap Load save code and paste it. Purchases come back with Restore purchases.

Change my privacy or ad choices

Settings → More settings → Privacy options: personalized ads, gameplay analytics, and the ad consent form (EEA, UK). See the Privacy Policy.

Delete my data

In the game: Settings → More settings → Delete my data erases your progress and settings on the device. Purchases can be restored afterwards.

To have us delete anything else we or our service providers hold (for example analytics, crash reports or your emails to us), write to kormocicsaba@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data". We confirm within 30 days. This page is the deletion-request address for the Google Play and App Store data forms.

Ads

Rewarded ads are always your choice. Between-level ads start after level 25 and then come at most once every 20 levels you win, on the win screen only. Remove Ads removes them. Players under 16 see no ads. If an ad is broken, too loud or inappropriate, email us the ad's name and network if you can see it.
